Menu Questions
Do we offer gluten free?
No. Unfortunately flour is too prevalent in our kitchen (it's even in the air!) to ever safely offer gluten free, especially since we use just one oven. We make dough daily on site. All dishes on our menu include gluten.
Do you offer vegan dishes?
Yes, you can add vegan mozzarella to any pizza on our menu. There is a tick box option for vegan cheese when ordering direct over our website. Please note while the cheese is vegan, it is made in a kitchen that also contains milk. The brand name of the vegan cheese we use is 'Veganarella'
Can I 'make my own'/change toppings?
Yes, please type into the special requests box when ordering direct online. Veggies are free to add, for meats/cheese please select the £2 extra box and then type into the special requests.

Can I preorder
Our online ordering system only allows orders to be placed during our opening hours (Monday-Thursday 5-9pm & Friday and Saturday 5-9:30pm) and will default to ASAP 55 minutes delivery or 20 minutes for pickup. If you would like to order for a specific time please type it into the special requests.
How long will delivery take?
Typically less than 30 minutes to Lancaster but up to an hour at busy times.
Can I place a delivery order over the phone
No. We only take delivery orders online so that we receive an accurate address and phone number as well as handling the payment. You can order collection over our website or by calling on 01524 297289.
Online orders can only be paid for with card online. For in-store orders we do accept cash.
