Menu Questions
Do we offer gluten free?
No, unfortunately, flour is too prevalent in our kitchen (it's even in the air!) to safely offer gluten-free options, especially since we use only one oven. We make dough daily on-site, and all dishes on our menu include gluten.
Do you offer vegan dishes?
Yes, you can add vegan mozzarella to any pizza on our menu. There is a tick box option for vegan cheese when ordering directly through our website. Please note that while the cheese is vegan, it is made in a kitchen that also handles milk products. The brand name of the vegan cheese we use is 'Veganarella'.
Can I customize or change the toppings?
Yes, please type your special requests into the box when ordering directly online. Vegetables are complimentary to add. For meats or cheese, please select the £2 extra option box and then specify your preferences in the special requests section.

Our online ordering system only allows orders to be placed during our opening hours (Monday-Thursday 5-9pm & Friday and Saturday 5-9:30pm) and will default to ASAP 55 minutes delivery or 20 minutes for pickup. If you would like to order for a specific time please type it into the special requests.
How long will delivery take?
Typically less than 30 minutes to Lancaster but up to an hour at busy times.
Can I place a delivery order over the phone
No. We only take delivery orders online so that we receive an accurate address and phone number as well as handling the payment. You can order collection over our website or by calling on 01524 297289.
Online orders can only be paid for with card online. For in-store orders we do accept cash.
