Hi, I’m Chris! (Former Bowland resident + full time Aquila owner)
I graduated from Lancaster Uni in 2018 with a degree in Entrepreneurship. After three unforgettable years of making friends and studying (sometimes!) I couldn’t bring myself to leave—but I also couldn’t stay without amazing pizza! So, I put my degree to use and started Aquila, serving wood-fired Neapolitan pizza.
