"So you enter and can see right to the back of the oven, lit by the burning wood that fires it. You know it will take less than 2 minutes to cook your pizza. The ingredients are on show - Marzano tomato marinara sauce, nutty fresh rocket leaves, goat cheese and Buffalo mozzarela, and hand torn basil leaves.
